Article Abstract
Three cases of cerebral lymphoma in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome are presented. They are remarkable for their extremely rapid progression, which simulated an infectious processes during trials of antitoxoplasma therapy.Fourteen days of therapy are generally required to assess a negative response. However, earlier biopsies and shorter therapeutic trials may be indicated in these patients.
